Terms of Use
Last updated — August 27, 2026
These are the terms for using ResumeDesk. They are short on purpose — please read them.
What ResumeDesk is
ResumeDesk is a tool for writing, editing, scoring, and exporting resumes, assisted by AI. It is provided as-is, free of charge, without any guarantee of availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Your content
- Everything you write or upload remains yours. We claim no ownership over your resume, your photo, or anything you create with the tool.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the resume you send to employers.
AI output
AI-generated text can be wrong, incomplete, or awkward. ResumeDesk is designed never to invent facts about you, but you must review everything before using it. A resume is a factual document — what you submit is your responsibility, and no outcome (interviews, offers, or otherwise) is promised.
Acceptable use
- Don't use ResumeDesk to create misleading or fraudulent documents.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse the service.
- Don't submit content that is unlawful or belongs to someone else.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResumeDesk and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service — including lost opportunities, lost data, or decisions made based on AI output.
Changes
These terms may change; the date above reflects the current version. Continuing to use ResumeDesk after a change means you accept the updated terms.
